Intravenous giveaway is likely a part of the promotion campaign for Intravenous 2, which is due for release on August 15, 2024.

I tried the demo out during Steam Next Fest in June 2024 and it ended up being one of the best entries out of the 63 demos overall. Should the first game click with you, I would wholeheartedly recommend going for the second installment as well.

Since they are pixelated top-down games, Intravenous series already have humble system requirements but the sequel even received a minimum requirement reduction on August 5, 10 days before release.
