Intro

FromSoftware pushed a patch with balance changes for various spells, incantations, ashes of war and spirit ashes. However, the one thing that remains untouched is Elden Ring’s poor performance.

Spirit ashes buffs

All spirit ashes besides Mimic Tear will get more benefits from Revered Spirit Blessing in Shadow of the Erdtree, starting at rank 5.

On top of that, 80 spirit ashes received buffs to their base stats:

Euporia might be good now

One of the coolest weapons added with Shadow of the Erdtree, Euporia, was unfortunately quite weak. Patch 1.13 is buffing its weapon art in multiple ways:

• Does more Holy damage when the luster is restored
• It requires fewer attacks to proc the luster now
• Luster duration is increased

Performance issues remain

FromSoftware and Bandai Namco are still pointing out that mouse software causes frame rate issues along with other things seen in previous patch notes, such as Ray Tracing being activated unintentionally.

To that end, there are no changes and what they wrote in this section is basically patch notes filler.
