Frostpunk 2 is eagerly awaited by city builder fans who will be able to enjoy it for a bit before the official release, albeit under somewhat unsavory terms.

Release date, beta date and access

Frostpunk 2 release date is July 25, 2024. Ironically, it will be the hottest period of the year.

Meanwhile, the beta is going to happen at some point in April 2024 but there is no exact date yet. The beta will go on for 7 days. In order to participate in the beta, you will have to pre-purchase the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. While enticing, we would always advise against preordering any kind of digital goods.
