Intro

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is the next instalment in SNK’s iconic fighting series and it is trying to modernize characters while introducing newcomers. As a result, Terry Bogard has changed his trucker vest for a bomber jacket and ponytail for a parted hairstyle which may throw longtime fans off but it’s not like they haven’t seen it before since it was featured in Garou: Mark of the Wolves. Additionally, the new design looks pretty cool. In fact, it looks much better than what Tekken did to Paul.

List of characters shown so far

Over the course of the 2 new trailers, SNK presented 5 characters in total:

• Rock Howard
• Hotaru Futaba
• Tizoc
• Preecha

Trailers

First, the announcement trailer popped up, showing that “REV” will be heavily featured in the game’s mechanics, of which the video mentioned several without really explaining what they are.

In the second trailer, we were presented with the aforementioned characters, showing some of their moves and personality.

Release date

There is no exact release date yet but SNK did mention Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is due for release in early 2025. Until then, we will be on the lookout for future character releases since only a small portion of the roster has been shown so far.
