Intro
Fans of indie games have a big treat coming their way on 25 May 2024! The first event in the new year for INDIE Live Expo will take form of an online digital showcase with the sole purpose of giving the lovers of indie games a chance to connect via their favorite medium.
2023’s INDIE Live Expo Winter was played more than 10 million times, and the series as a whole has attracted almost 100 million views ever since it first graced the online space in 2020. The upcoming event will mark the event’s 10th outing ever. How will the organizers celebrate the momentous occassion? Why with a new logo, of course.
INDIE Live Expo
INDIE Live Expo was thought up to serve as a bridge, connecting the vast indie scenes across the globe, and so they offer English, Japanese, and Chinese broadcasts.
First time attendants will have the chance to tune in to “INDIE Waves”, a back-by-popular-demand quick-fire showcase sheding light on dozens of short-form content updates across a veritable bushel of titles.
“Indie Studios Around the World” is Waves’ more subdued cousin that offers a deep dive into the newest of the new in the local indie scene.
Indie developes submission guidelines
All indie developers and publishers are encouraged to submit their projects until Monday, 17 March, 7:00 PM PDT / 10:00 PM EST.
Registrations are now open and completely free for up to one title per organization. Keep in mind that they can be anything: showing off an entirely new project that’s yet to hit the proverbial streets, an upcoming game announcement, a major update you’ve been working on for a title that’s already in the wild, or a big sale you have going on.
Developers and indie game enthusiasts interested in information about the future INDIE Live Expo events and opportunities can always sign up for the INDIE Live Expo Letter.
