It’s been almost 25 years since gamers around the world fell in love with the original Jagged Alliance.

Now, this year, those gamers have a chance to dive back into the turn-based tactics of their youth, and maybe even share the experience with the younger generations.

Developer Haemimont Games and publisher THQ Nordic have been at work, creating Jagged Alliance 3 with the new era of gaming in mind.

Will Jagged Alliance 3 have mod support

You can expect mod support to get deployed soon after Jagged Alliance 3 has hit the proverbial shelves.

Right when the dust of launch starts settling is the perfect time for the devs to start focusing on the vast community of game modders and giving the players exactly the customization options they want.

Jagged Alliance 3 will initially only feature some basic mod support: the players will be able to modify weapon statistics, adjust difficulty levels, and even display the “chance to hit” percentage.

However, as the game’s release date becomes but a speck in their rearview mirrors, the devs will give the fans a powerful tool that enables them to create and share their own campaigns, introduce new mercenaries, and more.
