It’s Christmas in February, everybody!

Valve recently suffered a leak wherein all the dates for the planned Steam sales and Steam fests for 2023 were shared with the public. These Steam sale leaks have been known to occur in the past but this is the first time in recent memory that we know the dates for all Steam sales and fests for an entire year.

The good folks over at Valve can’t be too happy about the previously secret info being shared with the masses, but at least now players can plan out their purchases and avoid a serious talk with their wallets at the end of a month.

Steam sales – 2023

• Spring Sale, March 16 to March 23
• Summer Sale, from June 29 until July 13
• Autumn Sale, November 21 to November 28
• Winter Sale, December 21 to January 4, 2024

Steam fests – 2023

• Mystery Fest, from February 20 until 27
• Puzzle Fest, from April 24 until May 1
• Sports Fest, from May 15 until May 22
• Next Fest, from June 19 to June 26 – This event will feature demo versions of the games.
• Stealth Fest, from July 24 until July 31
• Visual Novel Fest, from August 7 until August 14
• Strategy Fest, from August 28 to September 4
• SHMUP Fest, from September 25 until October 2 – Shoot ’em up games will take center-stage.
• Next Fest, from October 9 to 16 – Will feature demo versions of the available games.
• Return of Steam Scream Fest, from October 26 until November 2. This event will take place instead of Steam’s traditional Halloween Sale.
