Solution: Kassadin.

This one proved to be really tricky because the emojis aren’t really on-point. Kassadin is not really a villain, his orb is not actually used for predicting future, which would be more along the lines of Malzahar. Additionally, Kassadin doesn’t use an actual dagger as his blade is wrist-mounted.

Frankly, this set does look a lot more like it was meant for Malzahar, Kassadin’s polar opposite who is a prophet so a crystal ball would be appropriate, is an actual villain and wields an actual dagger.
