Epic Games Store is giving away Metro: Last Light Redux on 24 December, 2022, and the game will be available at no cost until 25 December at 17:00 CET or 8:00 PT.

It was generally well-received and continues the story of Artyom who has had a traumatic experience during Metro 2033 when he more than bit a helping hand. Metro: Exodus is pretty cheap with hefty discounts this season as well so this is the perfect time to claim the game if you want to experience the entire trilogy.

EGS posted a teaser for the free game that will be available on 25 December, featuring a necklace with three blocky objects on it, which ended up being too obvious a clue for Death Stranding as fans picked up on it almost immediately.

It is Sam Porter’s necklace and even though it features more than three objects in-game, we are confident the clue is for Hideo Kojima’s weird mailman simulator.

A sequel for Death Stranding was announced during The Game Awards this year so it’s the perfect time to get more people invested into the series and there is no better way to do it than by giving the first one for free.
