GSC Game World revealed a whole lot of interesting information about STALKER 2 recently, including the crucial info about the release date while PC requirements existed even before.

At the end of the release date announcement video, the devs stated the game will launch on September 5, 2024.

As a reminder, the game has suffered multiple delays with one of the reasons being Russia’s invasion of Ukraine which started in 2022 and is ongoing as of this article’s publishing.

The game has been announced for PC via Steam, GOG and Epic Games Store while the console version will come only to Xbox Series X|S.

STALKER 2 minimum and recommended PC specs

Other than disk space, the requirements seem rather humble for 2024 but keep in mind past STALKER games came with a bit of jank so not everything may be as smooth as it seems.
