Testing method

Testing was done in easternmost Badlands over the length of 2.5 kilometers (1.55 miles). The road is asphalt the way through, so the testing could be more accurate by going in a straight line with maximum performance.

Main reason is that Kusanagi bikes need a really long straight line to reach the top speed due to somewhat low acceleration.

Some parts of the road are slightly downhill, which is where the bikes achieved the top speed, in the final 700 meters (766 yards or ~0.43 miles).

Takeaways

Unlike cars, bikes have only 3 top speed categories, depending on the manufacturer and not the model. Kusanagi bikes have the highest top speed by far.

Effectively fastest bikes for regular travel could potentially be from the Arch manufacturer since they have better acceleration than Kusanagis. Most travel paths are not just a straight line so acceleration plays a major factor.

Jackie’s Arch has the same top speed as Jackie’s Tuned Arch.

Unfortunately, Brennan bikes just can’t compete with the other two groups in any metric.
