THQ Nordic just announced a bunch of news related to their upcoming Alone in the Dark project.

Jodie Comer and David Harbour join the cast

Players will be given a choice between two main characters: Emily Hartwood and Edward Carnby, played by Jodie Comer and David Harbour, respectively.

Comer will be familiar to the fans of Killing Eve and Free Guy, where she delivered mesmerizing performances that won her the heart of yours truly, while Harbour’s voice and likeness may send fans of Stranger Things into a joyous frenzy.

The two actors will embody the characters of Emily and Edward, each sending the player on a very different quest.

Depending on the protagonist you select, you will be treated to a distinct interpretation of the narrative. To offer a glimpse into the game’s gameplay, a spotlight video has been released, showcasing both Emily Hartwood and Edward Carnby in action.

Alone in the Dark is set to launch on 25 October 2023.

The spine-chilling adventure game will be available on PC, Xbox Series S/X, and PlayStation 5, with a suggested retail price of €59.99 / $59.99 / £49.99. The digital pre-orders go live today, allowing eager gamers to pay for their copies in advance.
